Is a good clean property. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue is the noise level from passing cars that can be heard inside the room.

There were baby cucarachas in the room. afraid I will find them on the bed. Everything else was fine hood location to the cruise port.

Love staying at property! Owner is nice and accommodating! The washer and dryer on-site is a plus and all rooms are updated! Will definitely be visiting again soon! :)

It was clean and professional they even gave me a jump when I was leaving and didn’t charge extra because I was still in the room after 11am

We stayed here overnight before our cruise. The room was small but clean, and the owner that was working the front desk was amazingly friendly and accommodating.

Nothing horrible experienced My friend was refused a room before he even had a chance to check in, despite rooms being available online. He had no dogs with him, so the pet policy could not have been the reason. Based on the interaction, I felt that he was being judged by his appearance. Then, when I arrived with my dogs, I was also refused after the employee saw one without being given a legitimate explanation. The whole experience made us feel unwelcome and treated unfairly. Very disappointing experience. My friend went in first to ask for a room and was told there were no rooms available. He did not have any dogs with him. I checked online immediately afterward and saw rooms were available, so I booked one myself. When I came to the front desk, the man asked if I had dogs. I said yes, and he told me, “Let me see them. Bring them here.” That felt odd to me because I travel with my dogs all the time. They are well-trained, and I’m always willing to pay any pet fee for the extra cleaning and hair. When he saw my baby, he suddenly said they weren’t allowed. I asked why the size of the dogs mattered, especially since he had a dog around the same size. He couldn’t give me a clear explanation and instead told me, “This is my house! I don’t want you to have the room.” That was extremely rude and unprofessional. If there is a specific size or breed restriction, it should be clearly stated in the hotel’s pet policy rather than decided at the front desk after seeing someone’s dogs. The way the situation was handled also made me feel like we were being treated differently based on how we looked. I hope management looks into this because no guest should be made to feel unwelcome or judged. If the policy is based on the appearance or size of a pet, maybe guests should be asked to provide pictures of their self and their dogs when booking, since apparently that is how the decision is being made.

Stayed here at the end of July 2026. Upon arrival, front desk person was nice and parking was just fine. Checked into room and tried to turn on TV but had to call front desk and they replaced remote. Left for a few hours but upon return, there was only one parking space left which was super tight! Went in room and a lovely roach greeted me along with ants in the tub. After sending the roach home and rinsing the ants out the tub, I did not see any other bugs. I would not stay here again.

This property was well priced for the stay. The rooms were very clean. The staff was helpful and nice. It was in the perfect location for what we were doing. Walking distance from many places. I would stay here again. We bought warped tickets again for next year already and we are wanting to stay here again next year!

The Red Roof Inn was all the things! The staff was amazing! The room very clean and recently updated. The price was at the top of my budget but for that service this will be my knew place to stay anytime I have to go to the Longbeach V.A. The bed wasnt the best but it wasnt the worst. The location is awesome plenty of places to eat or shop. It is L.A. and Longbeach ish and if I need to explain that you never would understand. I didnt hear any noise outside my room. They do have the little body was and shampoo and conditioner pumps in the shower, I always use my stuff but its there if you want to leave yours at home. I ordered grub hub stayed in and watched GOT on a massive flat screen, it had to be at least 55". For a hotel room thats big. I can not say enough good things about this little hotel. Kudos to the owner and staff. I wish all my stays would be this comfortable and pleasant. Next time your in L.A./Longbeach ish check out this little Red Roof Inn, you will not be disappointed.

Property Staff at check in was very nice and accommodating. No problem with late arrival @ 11 pm. Stayed 1 night for a cruise. Hotel room was decent, had everything required for good night sleep. The general location is slightly sketchy, but Red Roof Inn property itself felt safe. Deducted 1 star because there were few ants in bathroom.
