Convenient to wedding venue Parking
-
The rooms were beautiful with a small clean kitchen. The immediate neighborhood was OK, but then it wasn’t so good a few blocks away. So if you are going to walk, walk towards the riverfront. The breakfast was very good and very varied. I felt that parking was too expensive. And the parking lot wasn’t clearly marked for the hotel. We ended up parking at a different parking lot, which was a lot cheaper.

Very convenient place. In the heart of downtown. Walking distance to most touristic attractions with the exception of the DuPont’s Estates. Very affordable and clean. If you are not looking for luxury great place to stay.

Very nice, I would stay here again and recommend this hotel.
-
The only issue was the parking. Downtown parking is limited and the hotel's parking lot was closed due to entry and exit hardware issues. The stay was great Other than that!

I highly recommend this hotel. Staff was better than excellent 👌! They were so kind and always seemed happy. They were easy to talk to and were most helpful. The rooms were very clean and modern. Anything outside of what was in there ,they went out of their way to accommodate you. It was located in a very convenient place so things weren't very far to get to. I will most certainly stay here again if things bring me this way again . A+++++++++ Great Job guys !!!

Coffee was strong and staff was very friendly and helpful

Great property. Room size of studio apartment. Only negative was the parking and no restaurant in the facility.

I have always preferred Marriott and have stayed at them all over the world, but this stay was far below Marriott standards. We stayed in a Residence Suite. The room was very dirty - the carpet was never vacuumed and your feet would turn black walking around barefoot. We did some cooking in the suite, but housekeeping would not clean the kitchen area or put away the clean dishes from the dishwasher. The free breakfast was very poor quality - some items were overcooked and some were undercooked. The worst issue was with housekeeping. While we were out one day, the maid came in, took all the sheets and towels from the room, and never came back to replace them. I had to go to the front desk and wait until 7:30 PM to get sheets and towels put back in the room. I was also never informed of a $24.50 per day parking fee for the hotel's own lot, and it was not posted anywhere. I could have parked next door for $11 a day. At checkout, I was charged for 2 sodas at the front desk when I only bought one. Overall, issues with cleanliness, housekeeping, hidden fees, and billing errors made for a very disappointing stay.

Bad: No free wi-fi even in lobby.

Well maintained clean room spacious room nice bathroom

Two of the 3 elevators are not working.
-
The toilet seat was broken, facilites should have be notified after the previous guests checked out. Parking was confusing to find, and should be included with your stay by scanning room key, I had to pay for parking.
-
Comfortable, very clean. Breakfast was very nicely done. Staff was friendly and answered questions though a little inconsistent The parking wasn’t explained clearly by each desk occupant. The gentleman didn’t give us the option to pay cash for parking when checked out. Nor did he offer a printed receipt as others do.

Staff was friendly and very welcoming. Sadly the elevator is really slow but that’s no need to take away points. We will see you next year
