Everything A-to-Z was really good very safe area easy access to everything. Good breakfast good cleaning clean rooms. Everything was really good.

Great location for where we needed to go. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and had a good selection. Our room was comfortable. Even though I requested a smoke free room our room smelled like it had been smoked in. It wasn't too bad, but it was noticeable.

I stay here frequently and have no major complaints. Beds are comfortable, bathroom clean, AC works great, free parking. Breakfast could be improved - today there was no fruit but it is acceptable. Housekeepers should be taught to turn off alarm set on clocks in rooms by former guests. Yesterday it went off at 5:30 am! Next time I will check this carefully before going to sleep.

Got very clear impression omanagement was not heir management veral levels and dea of their proteery poor empresslanned our stay around using it but it was so out of whack and they're were not able to get corrected until day we left. . We

The cleaners treat guests like they are not worth their time. Take up the entire elevator without thinking about customers wanting to go up to their room Cleaning ladies, and 1 elevator.

Very nice breakfast and good coffee. Will stay here again since convenient to family.

Roach on floor in room, a cat scratched up chair in room. The staff stopped me with my hands full taking my belongings to my car to question me if they were my belongings. Housekeeping opened my door even with a do not disturb sign posted. Overall dismal

No water pressure or hot water in shower

Front desk checking person was wonderful. Our room was not great. Big crack in the ceiling and shower was awful. Pool had no towels and weeds were growing all around the edge. Also huge hornets all along roof of the back of hotel

I DO NOT recommend this place at all and I would give them zero stars, but because the front desk staff was so nice, I’ll give it one star. The pictures of this hotel are deceiving—it’s not even close to as nice as the photos make it seem besides when you first walk in. The lobby looks clean/well kept, but the floors, hallways, carpets in the rooms are stained/not clean. My BIGGEST complaint is the HORRIBLE musty, mildew, funky odors throughout the whole hotel (especially in the rooms), as well as extreme humidity that made the bedding feel damp. I asked to be moved to a new room, which the front desk worker kindly accommodated my request, however the second room was just as bad as the first (not the worker’s fault.) It was so bad that I had to find a completely different hotel to stay at which are limited in Wylie. Don’t stay here if you don’t have to…find something (anything) else

This hotel is running down, mold in shower, carpet needs to be washed. Toiletries cheap. This used to be a better hotel
