the whole hotel was run down. needs major update to compete with the marriott & holiday inn in town.

Staff was very helpful with all questions and getting the toilet fixed. The only thing we didn't like the room kinda smelled.

We have stayed in this hotel for many years as we attend an annual event. The staff was helpful and friendly, but the hotel needs renovation, plain and simple (at least the wing we stayed in). It's kind of sad to see it decline through the years.

Had a great stay, staff were friendly and very helpful. Facilities were good, rooms comfortable. Breakfast was varied and filling. Would stay there again any time.

Convenient to my sons house Pool not being open and not knowing about it. The whole reason we booked so the grandkids could come and swim.
