We traveled in for an EMU volleyball game and stayed one night. Hotel was nice and room was very clean! We would definitely stay again when we're in town.
-
The room was completely cleaned. A front desk staff was nice and friendly.
-
The room is quite noise with the humming of the fan

The hotel was very dirty. Hallway stinks. Phone in the room didn't work and has sticky stuff on it. The room smelled like mold. The hairdryer was never cleaned. Its ok to have an old hotel but there is no room for nasty and not being clean.
-
Overall, a clean & complete property. Plenty of space. Clean & well appointed rooms. The coffee maker in one of our rooms didn't work, unfortunately.
-
They charged $30 for parking. When I was last there, parking was free. I don’t know how they justify a $30 charge on a rural property. Ypsilanti is not downtown Detroit. I will never stay there again.
-
Very convenient and easy to access
-
The front desk was very polite and helpful.
-
Very friendly and helpful staff, and beautiful lobby/dining areas - just think that everything is way overpriced. Not worth the money.
-
My first problem was the $35.00 a night charge to park in the hotel parking lot, for paying guest. Second the rooms provide mini refrigerators but no microwave oven.
-
Very clean room and comfy bedding Staff was great and informative.
-
Property is very unique and beautifully maintained. Only parking cost is not desirable. I hope they will remove parking cost for holes guests. Will love to visit again if no parking cost
-
Parking needlessly costs $35 a night. They aren't that special to have that.
-
I like like the staff they were very helpful.

Disappointing
