The set up of the room. It was not as clean as expected. Elevators and entrance area were not clean. There were not plates or bowls for breakfast. We had to wait for at least 30 minutes for plates and bowls needed to have breakfast.
-
Loved everything about our stay except for the parking. My wife has trouble walking and the parking lot, including the handicap parking was too far away from the front door, which was the only door we could use.
-
Great room. Clean and big. Kitchenette was a big plus The pool area was so hot! It is indoor but was difficult to sit in if not in pool. Need air circulation.

First time here and wanted to avoid downtown OKC - very impressed with the modern styling of the rooms and facility in general. Room was very large, spacious, and comfortable. Definitely made a good decision booking here and not downtown. Keep up the great work.

Everything about the property met our expectations; guest service, cleanliness, comfort, and close access to freeway. Breakfast was pretty spare and mostly disappointing.

Very clean. Staff was great. Too much construction going on right now. One day pool closed. Next day gym closed. If you don’t care about these amenities they were A+
