We came with our In laws for a funeral. Your place was the perfect spot afterwards to rest comfortably. This is a well run place, clean, pretty, bedroom comfort & wonderful breakfast the next day. The kind & friendly staff at check in breakfast, maids etc were A Plus! We will definitely return here again. Thankyou from Sweet Home Alabama Nothing Negative, we found everything perfect - it’s also in a great location & having Maverick’s Restaurant so close was a bonus too-we could walk there & we enjoyed their food!

Room was loud a couple of times, nearly 11pm and around 8am. I think my room was above the laundry room, noise from a washer and could even feel floor moving from vibrations. Stairs going up waterslide very rusty.

Good

Rooms were clean and nice. Only thing was the TV was outdated but still worked. Pool/hot tub was nice.
-
The breakfast was very good and had a nice variety of food. The hotel should do some upkeep by the pool. There was some cosmetic repairs that should be addressed.

Disappointing

Holiday Inn express has a wonderful family friendly waterpark. It was open almost all day until 11 pm. The Hotel's staff was very friendly and helpful. Our grand children had so much fun in the pool and waterslides!

Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good!
-
The nightly rate was much higher than past stays, possibly due to the time of year. Definitely not worth what you get for the price.
