Quality Inn Aberdeen

Was a really nice hotel close to a lot of things .

Injured my toe getting out of the pool due to the lowest step being higher than standard steps.

Nice breakfast Nice staff Overpriced

Luggage rack should be replaced as it was rusty and the drain in the shower/tub was also rusty around it.

This front desk gal was just getting off and switching with someone else when we arrived. She was on the snottier side. We went through a third party for rental and requested to have joints rooms with the person on duty that day. She said she would make a note on record. She didn’t and they had us on two separate floors. This lady made some comment about not going through third parties and going through hotel itself as it’s cheaper. No it isn’t! The next morning, my daughter asked if they could open the pool as it was time and the same lady seemed short with her since it was so early. The drain in the bathroom tub didn’t drain so showering wasn’t fun! The hallways smelled yucky. I stayed at this hotel a few years before this and it was very nice. Not the case anymore.

The BAD: I love soaking in a hot tub after a long drive, and after a long day of work. The whole room was dingy, overheated, and the pebbled floor was literally coming off under my toes

We spent three nights here recently and overall had a wonderful experience. The location is ideal—within easy walking distance of local restaurants, yet quiet enough for a good night's sleep. What We Loved Service: The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, offering hassle-free check-in. Comfort & Cleanliness: The room was spotless, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Although there could have been more towels and another blanket. Amenities: Breakfast had a not so great selection of fresh pastries, fruit, and hot options, but the coffee was surprisingly good for a hotel buffet. Besides the towels, mediocre breakfast selection, and blankets, the only other issue we had was getting the air conditioner to run constantly. But I would stay here again.

The place was ver clean and staff were so personable. The parking was easy and it was so quiet. Breakfast was delicious , only thing was the hours of breakfast were not unique for kids.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was older and in need of an update but still clean.

Some things in the room need to be updated like lamp shades and windows.

People where really friendly

There is a weird smell in the entire hotel. And then in our room, I swear someone had been smoking in there at one point or another.

The room was clean, but it had a musty smell. Might have been coming from the AC unit. It was quiet, beds were comfortable.

I personally feel it was too expensive for the quality of the quality in. I had burnt out lights, a bad shower head and stained bedding to name a few things. Probably won't be going there again.

More Parking availability

The front desk people were extremely helpful and friendly. I checked in a little early, but they were very accommodating. The humidity was very high, so the A/C had a workout to keep up. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens. The breakfast options were very good and everything I had tasted great. I will stay there again.
