Superb

Another great week with the whole staff of this hotel branch. The food at the restaurant is on point. From the food to the whole staff. Great place to stay. And I’ll be back later tonight

Front desk staff/both when I checked in and when checked out were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Thank you.

All the hotel staff from the front counter, house keeping, and hotel bar are so wonderful. I’ve been staying at this hotel since June till January. Whole hotel staff are just wonderful people. Thank you guys

I did not stay at this hotel, they ended up with zero rooms available. Was told that the room reservation would be canceled.

Great stay. Thank you.

Exceptional

There was no hot water for a shower..there were stains on the mattresses. Had to travel to get a good shower and missed the breakfast we paid for.. very disappointed

Passable

Hotel rooms in Abilene are very expensive right now due to contractors living in all them thanks to the data centers being built around there. Because of the prices, I will skip Abilene until things normalize. This Holiday Inn is very nice though. Will stay again if I have too. Had a lovely hook up while I was there too.

If your room faces the parking lot, the view is lack luster.

The staff was really nice and the view on the side with shrubs is really nice. The rooms are clean. If your room faces the parking lot, the view is lack luster.

Exceptional

The staff was wonderful. The room was clean. The bed ed was comfortable. We’d stay there again
