Under remodel but clean. Food was good

Room spacious + clean, except one of the construction workers on site must have sat in the winged chair bcuz there was drywall dust all over arms of chair. Pillows were nice. Mattress a little too firm for me. AC would not stay on. Got up 3 times over night to start it up. Hairdryer didn't have heat. Called front desk. They were going to send one up. Person came to door and asked what we needed. She was polite and quick with replacing. Breakfast buffet below par on a Saturday at 945am (closed at 11am). All juices and coffee were very watered down. It was equivalent to 4 parts water and 1 part beverage. Potatoes looked 2days old. Server waited until we took the last 2 cups before replacing w/a large pan of fresh potatoes. Turkey sausage was like hockey pucks. Eggs were ok. Oatmeal was crusted over and brown it had sat there for a long time. It was turning brown in top. Bananas were brown. Paid for beakfast through the reservation. Rec'd voucher at check in. Gave voucher at breakfast to only get a receipt charging me for 2 additional buffets with no explanation. Went to hotel desk bcuz now we have paid double. They explained that is how they do it and that they were going to reverse it on the room bill. Nowhere was that posted nor explained ahead of time. It seemed shady. It would have been fine w/ the heads up. Manager came to the desk on her own and promised they will improve communication going forward. I requested and received an updated bill to reflect only one charge.

Hotel was in process of remodeling. We had to move rooms. The highway noise was so loud. Impossible to sleep. But everything else was good!

Staff was extremely personable and pleasant. Ana and Paulina at breakfast were the best and made us feel more than welcome.

Room was nice. Pillow are flat and suck. But they usually are. 1st place that breakfast was not free. Its $12.95. As other guests explained they were charging $12.95 per plate you got. Which is ridiculous. And wedding party got sick off their apple juice. We just went to breakfast. Its safer that way. I called in advance about pool being open because thats a huge plus for our couples vacay. Really glad it was open. Guests said it wasnt suppose to be opened due construction they were doing. Construction was on the 3rd floor. Was on the elevator and pressed the wrong button. Kinda creepy. Overall nice hotel. 20mins away you can find 30+ restuarants.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was accommodating. The area was quiet. I love this location.

The room was clean, but the bathroom floor was not. They weren't stains, it was dirt spots that easily wiped off. I called and housekeeping moped the floor. They also gave me a late checkout when I requested it. I prefer the Hilton Garden Inn to this hotel.

Staff was friendly. We stayed only a short time but loved the convenience of the ability to walk to our venue.

Big clean rooms

Easy and quick check in, room in great condition. Check out was late enough to allow us to enjoy the amenities and have a wonderful experience! EV charging stations would have been useful if needed, although I did see vehicles parked there not using the chargers.

Superb

The hotel was very nicely designed and the staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The facility is very quiet and currently being renovated. I highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely wonderful staff!! Courteous snd friendly, helpful snd super efficient! Location was great, and the atmosphere is terrific! Nothing - Will stay there exclusively when traveling for business.

Hallway to my room was super dirty but room was clean. Pillows were horrible very flat. Breakfast was overpriced for the small amount offered including their menu.
