Great place to stay. Employees were very courteous

I loved everything about the property, it was clean, had everything you would need or want on any getaway. We just didn’t have enough time to explore it all! Saw a few pretty large spiders
-
We liked the privacy, the rooms smelled nice upon arrival . The sink was clogged when we arrived , The tub was dirty , There were spider webs on the balcony I got bit twice . We thought breakfast was included but it was not.

While I would like to point out one incident that was not welcoming. This was when I was checking in and I was almost done with it in between the conversations. The lady from front door started screaming that I am block the way… in fact I was not blocking and there were other two cars on my side they didn’t matter to her. And the person behind was not actually wanted to leave, they were checking in and wanted to take my spot. The lady created panic everywhere, I had rush to see that car behind does not intent to go but to stop. I wish hotel management trains their folks. They have great staff lady at the pool spa is great communicator and awesome in hospitality she should actually lead organizations mannerisms towards guests.

The room was clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and all the appliances were in good working order. The soundproofing was excellent — we couldn’t hear any noise from the neighboring rooms. The view from the balcony wasn’t of the golf course as expected, but instead overlooked the parking lot. There was also a constant humming noise outside the window. There were no slippers or bathrobes in the room. The refrigerator was a bit dirty, and there were no glasses provided. Thankfully, the bartender was very helpful and took care of the glasses for us. We called the front desk twice to ask for bathrobes and glasses, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Other than these issues, our stay was pretty good overall.

great stay such a shame we had no kicrowave tho.

The breakfast is okay, all you can eat buffet My room could've been more clean
-
It was clean and the staff were friendly The beds were terrible. My husband and I have stayed in a lot of hotels the past 30 years, these beds were easily the worst.

The property is a bit dated. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and modern; the bathrooms are old and small. This property does not offer daily room cleaning. Finally, one other complaint is the parking fee. This is the first suburban property where I have had to pay for parking. This seems like an unnecessary charge, particularly when the property does not offer valet.

My husband cut his foot on the carpet/ threshold into the bathroom, the carpet was pulled up and tack strip cut his foot, We had to put a bath towel down to cover it, let front desk know & asked for some kind of compensation, gave us free parking and that was pretty much it, I was dissatisfied w that, Not sure if we will Go back…
