Quality Suites Addison - Dallas

Not awhole lot. Rooms were dirty and very stinky. Smelt like a sweat shop. Pull out couch was broken at the end and had dirty shits still on it and food in the couch. Carpet felt wet and greasy. And a lot of rust around the shower head. Facility claimed to be out of towels on second morning. And elevator kept getting stuck and had to carry a lugged down 3 flights stairs.

Hotel smelled right when you walk in (vape, cigarette, musty smell with obvious air fresheners trying to mask smell. Old building, scratched up floors, broken drywall, de-laminating materials on the walls, broken door locks, running bathtub faucet (not dripping, running!),.... Did not really feel all that safe, inebriated people loudly arguing in the parking lot in the evening. I would not recommend this hotel, and I will never stay there again.

From start to finish. I came to Dallas with my son to have a father and son one day trip. At the time of arrival the parking lot was dirty looking. Trash and concrete stains everywhere really needed to be pressure washed. Outside of building was very unkept. As I parked I saw a few windows open from a few rooms. Pictures on Expedia do not even come close to what it actually looked like, very disceving. Checked in person was not helpful at all. Was just there to collect payments and deposits. Got to the room it got worse, smelt bad had a pine sol smell to cover up whatever. 2 bed Queen suite looked like something ran down not of Quality Suites standard in which I have stayed in some nicer ones before. Furniture had tears and stain. Mattresses on the bed felt like the springs where coming through. I wouldn't allow my animal to sleep on the sofa bed. Bathroom toilet did stop running unless you jiggles the handle. I did not want to use the refrigerator or microwave. Tub and shower wasn't any better. The breakfast was not the standard continental buffet. The only reason we stayed was because they already had my money and I didn't cancel because the pictures where nice and my date to cancel already past, so I did not know what to expect until I arrived. Started to cut my loses and just left the same day and went to another hotel. Very disappointed. Possibly has bugs of some sort in rooms. Would not ever go back there. At check out other people where complaining to the check out guy

The premises smelled and looked dilapidated. The sheets in the rooms had stains, the couch had black stains that were only turned over to cover them up. The smell was of cigarettes and foot. When my partner and I entered the room, we immediately left.

The room had mold in it. The bathroom seat was broke and it smelt of strong bleach very strong which made everyone have a headache. We was only there for 10 minutes and we went found another hotel because we were sick.

Walked in on a very hot day and they wanted me to pay $1.00 for a cold bottle of water. And, there were quite nasty about it. Every Hilton or higher end hotel has always just provided bottles of water on hot days.

Just ok. But nice restaurants around.

The Good: everything is super close. Right off highway. Staff was excellent! Even gave us a bottle of water upon check in. A/C worked wonderfully all night. I didn’t see any bugs, they had great security and the mini fridge and microwave in the room were a huge plus! The Bad: When we got to the parking lot, there was a lot of “traffic”. Not sure what was going on, just thankful we live in Texas and carry. I was terrified the elevator was gonna fall apart. It was in a closet space basically, and looked like it was being renovated, although I don’t think it actually was. They had WiFi boxes on the walls with expanding metal holding them on. The place smelled like weed. Upon entering the room, the couch looked sunk in, there was were cracks all in the sink and bathroom floor. There were soft spots it the main room as well as a piece of the wall that looked like it had been punched maybe? Had a hard time locking the door, but it did indeed lock. Overall, would NOT recommend!

The room size I’m very very upset about the bed it was slanted like it was broken. The couch is torn up and our room completely flooded when I woke up from my nap. I woke up to stepping in water. My birthday dress was completely soaked bc it was hanging and touching the floor!!!!so we had to be transferred to a whole different hotel. I want my money back for sure. Even when they transferred us to the other hotel when we got there I was disappointed in that one too. There were roaches scattering when we turned the lights on.

I liked the smart TVs so that we could stream our favorite shows and watch Netflix. I constantly had people banging on my wall and I made several complaints and it only got worse. Staff made me feel like I was the problem for complaining and even one person got an attitude with me. People were banging on my wall like they were the police late at night and I feared for my life. Almost called the cops
