I did not care for the breakfast at all . I did not eat anything there The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable (pillows too big and mattress had a dip in the middle needed to be replaced) Flat pillows and a mattress with no dip in it .it was okay but I probably wouldn’t stay there again and the charged an extra $7.00 a night for parking that we didn’t know until we got there .

The manager made the situation worse by ignoring us and failing to address our concerns. I also experienced behavior from some of the white female staff members that I felt was clearly racist and discriminatory. We were not treated with the same courtesy, professionalism, or respect that every paying guest deserves. The poor management, lack of accountability, and hostile atmosphere made us feel unwelcome throughout our stay. This establishment needs serious improvements in staff conduct, punctuality, customer service, and racial-sensitivity training. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here.
