Best night’s sleep ever! Perfect mattress and pillows!!! Great shower with excellent water pressure! Restaurant food was delicious! Waitress was delightful. She made sure our food was prepared exactly as we wanted. So convenient after driving for five hours. Car GPS unable to locate it, so had to use directions on my phone.

Clean and comfortable

For one night as a stop it‘s ok. Is more like a motel.

It was clean. Good service at the bar. Comfortable beds. Nothing really

Stayed while visiting my daughter so didn't use any amenities. Have stayed there several times and no problems. What has improved over the years is the immediate stores as the hotel is a few miles from anything. Now have 3 fast food and a gas station/convenience store and a marijuana shop within a 5 minute walk. Convenient to the Thruway. Big notice about Albany. First time back since they legalized marijuana, you often get a free whiff, even got one while stopped at a light by a small park, enjoy. .

A very nice hotel
-
Hotel was very nice and well maintained. Unfortunately the morning we were trying to get breakfast the cook had called out! The waitresses were trying to do both but only got frustrated and made for a tense situation.

Clean room convenient location. EV charger available
-
The location was excellent was extremely convenient for reaching nearby destinations. The stay was generally pleasant and the facilities were well-maintained, but it was disappointing that breakfast was not included in the room rate. Aside from this, the overall experience was adequate and met my basic requirements for a short trip.

The walls and ceilings are extremely thin. You can hear everything !!!
