They've remodeled and taken out the carpet. That meant that I was hearing the people upstairs clomping around at 2am. and they kept me up most of the night. Then they charged me some stupid security fee, that I have never been charged before. I am a Choice member and have stayed at this particular Comfort Inn once or twice a year for many years and this has NEVER been a problem before. I will NOT be staying here again. A decent breakfast, a comfortable bed. The bedding isn’t very clean; there are stains that apparently can’t be removed, the floor in the bathroom is sticky, and there’s a smell of some kind of chemical

Close to my destination The outside door was not locked all night. It had key card access but was just green the whole time. This did not feel safe

They seem to be trying. It appears to be new management. I was impressed when we were checking out that day crew was all at the front desk and they were given printed assignments. They seem too be trying. Our bathroom needs extra attention. The toilet ran constantly, and there were smudges on the walls and sink that should have been cleaned and/or repainted. Just little attention’s to detail.

Beyond that oddity, there was an unpleasant stale smell throughout the hotel, and my pillow had that old-pillow odor that made me wonder if it was even sanitary to use. There was no convenience store on the property—just a vending machine with overpriced bottles of water, and no water was provided in the room.

Breakfast was excellent….great selection of items and nicely prepared and staffed Bed was comfortable Diverter vale in tub not working - much dirt behind chair in room- security door at side entrance had no security, opened every time without key - tub and sink drain very slow, ankle deep in shower - why plastic bag over smoke alarm? - no towel bar in bathroom for wash cloth or towels - base of floor lamp very dirty

Newly remodeled and excellent professional staff.

Friendly staff, good value for money, while it looks slightly sketchy from outside, the inside is very satisfactory. Included breakfast is much appreciated. Cleanliness was overall good. There were a few stains on the top covers of the beds, but the rest of the sheets were nicely clean.

La taie d’oreiller avait des traces rouges….le couvre-lit avait des taches brunes et des poils…. Les commodités étaient archaïques (sèche-cheveux, micro-onde) le frigo était bruyant. Je comprends que ce n’est « pas cher » mais c’était vraiment malpropre.
