Good location value property little dated could use some work

This was an excellent stay. The hotel was inviting, the room was great, and I've never seen a room with so many charging ports. The breakfast was good and filling, and overall I really enjoyed my stay.

I would not be giving a proper review if I did not speak about the wonderful breakfast that was included with my stay. Many choices warm & continental: Waffles, eggs,(cooked and hard boiled), bacon, toast, bagels, muffins, fruit, dry cereals, oatmeal, coffee, tea, juices. The hours of breakfast are also very reasonable; you can sleep-in on a Sat./Sun. morning and breakfast is still available. Well done!!!

The rooms clean and comfortable. The staff was great, and breakfast hot and wonderful.

Good place

Great location (easy on/off), friendly staff, very comfortable bed and pillows. Only downside is that the breakfast ends at 9 am-too early in my opinion.

The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and they did not skimp on towels.(I liked that). The breakfast was plentiful and had a variety of options. I liked the idea of a 12 check out, but we did not stay that long.

Location. Breakfast was decent. Beds were uncomfortable. Pillows were terrible. Comforters were literally falling apart/fraying.

Excellent breakfast

Room was clean but lots of broken items. Tv leaning over, one light wouldn’t turn on. Cable only, no Roku or dvd. Breakfast was awful both mornings. Old, dry bland food. Worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. The little bar downstairs was always fun, both of the waitresses that were there were helpful, kind and funny. The front staff was helpful with dinner recommendations. The hotel was fine for a work trip, that’s about it.

Nice location for traveling by car. Staff was nice. This hotel had many excellent reviews which makes me wonder if bad reviews were removed from the site. The room was dark and somewhat dated and my husband and I both felt like it felt very humid. The air felt unhealthy even though the air conditioner was working the entire time we were there. I just don't feel that the quality matched the reviews I had read, so felt a little deceived.

This 4 star hotel was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Dirty is a complete understatement. The whole hotel reeked of cigarette/weed smoke. I did appreciate the front desk staff. They were very kind amd helpful. The place just needs major updating. The linens were even yellow. I contemplated leaving less than an hour upon arrival due to the smell alone. Felt like I was breathing in mold. Dogs scratching and barking all night long. What a waste of money. Do not recommend.

A wonderful stay. Aiden was very helpful with issues we had. Very professional. Down side to many dogs. Getting off the elevator I was greeted by 3 large dogs. I saw another set of 3 large dogs. I like dogs but to many in one place. The room was very clean and comfy. The staff was very professional.
