This property is definitely older and dated but it is very clean and well maintained.

Very clean and comfortable room. Well located in Alpharetta, near food, shopping and Ameris Bank Amphitheater. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and will stay next time I am in the area.

The staff were really nice and helpful. The room was clean a neat though apparently there was a leak that maintenance let us know about but they were very nice about it. Parking was fine.

Room was clean but second floor smelled bad. They had fans going in the hall so I would guess some type of moisture. Very musty.

The best part of our stay was the excellent customer service we received from the hotel staff, both the daytime and night time desk staff. They were easy to work with and their service made our stay a solid 10. We chose this location because it was close to the Ameris Amphitheater; our travel to and from by car was quick and easy. The breakfast area could have been a little larger with more tables, but it didn't present a problem.

It was close to a lot of restaurants and the place our concert was at It smelled gross in our room, the shower was dirty, and the soap in the shower wouldn’t come out.

Great place. Nothing to complain about other than there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Room was clean and comfortable. Will advise that there is no shower curtain or door and the glass covers half of the shower and the back half is open and water can get on the bathroom floor. Despite that issue, will stay again.

I read the mixed reviews about hotel but I can say from my experience, this weekend, it was a pleasant stay. Hotel was clean, staff was very nice, and check in/out was quick and easy.

We stayed one night here for a concert and it was a great value for that. 4 min drive/Uber to Ameris Amphitheatre, and a free breakfast with waffles. The bed was nice and the room itself was pretty clean and modern. The lobby was very nice. We didn't get a chance to get in the pool but it looked okay. The check in and check out process took a lot longer than normal. I used booking so maybe that was the issue but they said the card I booked with was showing declined but that couldn't have been true (the card number they told me wasn't even mine) so I really have no idea what was going on, perhaps just issues with their system. Also, small thing but the shower was half open, no door so water just splashed out everywhere which seems pretty unsafe... The couch in the room looked a little dirty, I didn't sit on it...

It was in a good location There was a weird smell in the room. Also, the bathrooms were really small.
