My room was changed because of the ac unit not being properly functional, was switched to a double bed which isn’t the issue. The issue and because I was tired and out all day during my stay, was there was cockroaches in my room 114, and mold? On ceiling

The Lady at the counter was very swamped. That didn’t stop her shine though. She remained calm, helpful and very sweet. I wish I remembered her name.

Not related to my room but both of the hotel's elevators were in dire need of repair and remodeling. The walls were peeling and it was obvious that people had been pulling and tearing off the wrap exposing an old layer of paint. The metal had been carved and scratched into by other guests. In the rear elevator, the service panel had been broken open which had removed the lock. The panel door was bent from this so it couldn't be closed. Until this location under goes major renovations, find some place else.

We checked in late on Friday after a long drive, and the check-in was quick and easy, room was great and the staff was very courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Proximity to Ameris Bank Amphitheater & restaurants and price. The front desk checked us into a room that was already occupied, we found out by walking in on the occupants. The elevator was extremely slow so I had to take the stairs to get a different room. The lady at the front desk’s response was asking what the person in the room looked like, not sure why that matters. We were given another room, unoccupied this time, but smelled very musty & the carpet seemed wet. The fire alarm went off & on several times for about 15mins, seems like it’s malfunctioning. The hallways are hot & stuffy, but the ac in the room is okay.

It was clean, in a great area, and not too far from my concert venue. Nothing really that I didn’t like. The hot water didn’t last long, but it was also a very busy time. I spoke to management about this and there were no issues. Everything was wonderful.
