Mid hotel...
-
nice area close for everything

Thought about requesting a refund but that would have embarrassed my wife so we just left. Terrible.

Centrally located in Alpharetta. Upscale from basic but limited room attention during our stay.

Valet service needs improvement , the walls are on the thin side, I’m a light sleeper, and I can hear the noise and guest passing by the hallways. Other than that, location is very charming, & our room was clean.

The hotel has beautiful architecture and art displays throughout the hotel. It is extremely clean. Everyone we encountered throughout our stay was friendly and professional. We will definitely be back!

We stayed after a concert at the amphitheater. We found the hotel to be very clean and beautiful inside, however we were placed in room 219 and there was a gigantic air unit outside our window that was constantly going off throughout the night making it impossible to go to sleep!!! Due to this I will never stay there again

told to seat ourselves and someone would be right over to take our order. Twenty-five minutes later someone from behind the bar came and took our drink order. Twenty minutes after that, we were brought menus and were able to order. Our entire experience in the restaurant spanned an hour and a half which made us late for the concert. The bar was full as were several tables of diners. There was only one waitress trying her very best to serve everyone. She was working as hard and efficiently as she could, but she was overwhelmed. Similarly, there was only one valet attendant to bring cars to guests (in the pouring rain) the next morning. He was working as hard as he could, but he too was overwhelmed. Each of these employees handled their jobs as well as they could under the circumstances, but it could have been smoother experience for employees and guests if the hotel was not understaffed.

Great staff, clean room

The staff overall were good but let down by the moody middle aged plus ladies that work reception. Any request was hard work for them and i asked for room service at 5pm and was told we only have 1 maid available and will do later. When i returned the room was not cleaned and no apology or communication given. These ladies should retire and take up a pursuit that makes them happy and enables them to wear cardigans. Rooms a bit dark and some noise from the bar near the basement but a good hotel otherwise

Very nice hotel - well maintained with a good staff. Very safe.

Property as always is top notch, from the staff to the amenities to the rooms. Just TOP NOTCH
-
Perfect to park and walk everywhere! very limited parking and can be expensive. Beautiful location right in the middle of the cutest town, but right down the street from the Ameris Bank Amphitheater. The valets were super personable, helpful, and smiling. Also great restaurants in walking distance. Beautiful venue

I left my Kindle in my room and called the hotel and asked someone to look in my room. The answer I got was “ the Housekeeping staff has been left a note and if put in the safe no manager until Monday”. The call made on Sat after arriving home. What? Why can’t someone ask? Just need to know if it is there or not.

The room was definitely clean, but my only issue was the bed and how rigid the mattress was. Other than that, the room was very nice and clean. We”ll be coming back!

The Hotel is amazing. The Staff is friendly and professional, and the facility is super clean and nice. Rooms are amazing. Everything is fresh and nice. However, there is a nightclub in the basement. They were blasting music till 2am, and it was LOUD. As a result, it was a sleepless night for me and my wife. We chose this hotel over Avalon because we didn't want to stay in a noisy place. Well, it didn't work.
