Drury Inn & Suites Amarillo

Amazing staff! The front desk was so professional, so kind, very detailed & thorough and very informative and helpful - top notch and amazing customer service! Only slight complaint was the elevator, one of them out of service, but everything still went great even with that little offset thing.

I had an issue at check in because of a glitch from the Hotels.com side. They went the extra mile to help me get a room. Then when I had an issue with a billing error they took care of that. The Amarillo ladies were awesome.

The hotel was great, staff was great, but for some reason they put me in a room that had wet carpet, it smelled bad, and soaked through my socks... I could have asked for another room but I didn't arrive until almost midnight after driving over 9 hours, and hauling all of my stuff up to the room I just dealt with it because I was just so tired from my travels. The breakfast and dinner were both good and the staff was excellent. No doubt if I had brought this to their attention they would have certainly accomodated me. So that is on me for not bringing it up.

Even though they were extremely busy, it was actually very quiet. The drinks and hors d’oeuvres and breakfast buffet were fantastic! Staff were all super friendly and helpful.

My room had a weird smell. Not sure what it was, but it was like old carpet/cleaning. The room was OK, not for the amount we paid. You get 3 complimentary alcohol drinks and they were OK, the drinks could be a little stronger. We didn't try the food. Once we left our thought was our room was not worth what we paid, definitely over priced.

Really enjoyed our stay. The kickback with drinks and food was a great way to finish our day of traveling. Breakfast the next morning was awesome.

The room was great clean well stocked happy hour was good we had chicken fajitas and all the trimmings! Breakfasts couldn’t have been better! The only complaint we had was that one elevator was broken but parts were on the way! Staff was very nice and helpful!

Better quality bathroom hygiene products, and a refrigerator - freezer combo would be nice.

Fix both elevators. One is not enough.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean spacious. The breakfast and happy hour were both delightful.

What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Every single person we encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They were an absolute delight to see each day and truly made us feel at home. Our work brings us to town regularly, and we will absolutely be returning to this location. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We stayed at the Drury Inn in September . We were in town for a bridal shower. The hotel is very convenient. There are restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Popcorn was available in the afternoon . Help your self. Everything was great except the elevators … one was broken the whole time and the other one was extremely slow and there are five floors. The rooms were ok but I personally would like to see this hotel receive a refresh . It feels old and needs an update. It needs a little boost. However in saying that our stay was good.
