Excellent pool!!
-
Polite and great staff! Delicious breakfast!
-
Friendly staff, included breakfast was good. Building is in horrible shape. Cockroaches in bathroom, holes in walls, bathroom door looked like something from a horror movie. Pool was open but it had a thin layer of bio film on top so didn’t go swimming.

A nice place. As I was checking in I asked about the pool and was told that it was open but there was a chain & lock on it. Later, I saw some people in the pool and wonder if it was employees. I asked if there was a handicap room or at least first floor. We were assigned a room on first floor but as far from the front as could be. After lugging our things way down there, I found out that we could have parked in the back close to a door near our room. I wish the woman checking me in would have mentioned that, especially since I'd mentioned handicap. And she watched me walk by with everything. It was shift change time and the person taking her place was very helpful. If it wasn't for this woman, I would have given it 5 stars all around.

Room smelled moldy and floor was wet

Our room was very clean. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was very good and hot. We have stayed here quite a few times and have always been pleased with our stay and will come back again when we are in town again. The price was great not over priced and very budget friendly.

The elevator, and an ice machine where not even working. The place is just in very rough conditions. We found a tattoo needle in the floor of our room like it hadn't even been cleaned. The devout had so many stains it was unreal.

Excellent hotel to stay.
-
I didn't even get to stay cause they don't rent rooms to locals
-
Maintenance guy was rude complaining about everything hotel pool was closed and had bad smell water all over carpet

The Staff did whatever it could, giving the poor state of the property: It is infested by roaches. Breakfast was very poor, one of the worst I had, in fact I had it only twice: once to try, the second to confirm that it was bad, or to be positively surprised, it was even worse. The air conditioning is from 60 years ago: quite pitiful, either hot or freezing cold. The carpets are filthy: don’t walk barefoot.

Always love the stay nice and quiet!

Nothing stolen luggage

I booked a king bed but hotel said Expedia had me down for 2 queens, despite my copy of the itinerary. They would not give me an available king, stating they would have to charge me more (almost double). The AC didn’t work in the room and we had to move to another one at 5:00 am. Run-down, sketchy hotel.

We did not like that the room was not secure. It was obviously converted from having a mini split installed next to the entry door. The mini split was removed and a flimsy vent was left in its place and an open hole into the bedroom. We could hear peoples conversations walking down the hall and they could probably hear us snoring or blinking lol The elevator did not go to the second floor there was a button for it but it was missing. The other elevator was not working at all. There was mildew around the tub. But someone took time to make the hand towels fun shapes. The key card was not working and we had to make several trips to the front desk. Overall the layout was awkward with a large window and the large glass door leading into the hallway. However the folks at the front desk, and the breakfast lady were super nice.
