Hilton Garden Inn Amarillo

It was a good enough place to stop for a night.

Great room,staff was excellent!

Very nice staff. Convenient location Allowed dogs Water damage at the front desk. Water was dripping from the ceiling. Annoying flies in the lobby. Several crickets through the property. The rooms were clean, but the bathrooms looked liked they just painted over damage and some rust. Our door lock was constantly malfunctioning and it would look several tries to get in. Our room smelled like strong bleach coming in. The breakfast is not included and it wasn’t good. This did not feel like a 4 star hotel!

Nice clean quiet room. Friendly helpful staff. Bed/mattress probably could use updated

Very nice stay.

The pool, the room and the staff were very nice. The breakfast wasn’t very good.

Very good

Exceptional

Very good

The staff was very kind, breakfast was excellent. Would’ve been nice. It would’ve been included in the price. Has other Hilton locations have a free breakfast. The bed was super comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The chef at the omelette/breakfast preparation bar was cooked. We ask him about things that could be put in an omelette and he said the menu is right there. You can read it. Not very accommodating, especially if someone were to have a visual impairment, such as myself.

Very good

The breakfast was terrible. We paid for 5 days but can't finish half of the first meal.

Very reasonably priced Bathroom was a little funky as to the layout.

Good place to stay at. I didn’t like how the cook greeted me when I went for breakfast. I wasn’t greeted with a simple, good morning. Cook seemed to be in a bad, grumpy mood. I did not like that at all.

EVERYONE at the front desk was so kind and accommodating. Anything and everything we asked for was taken care of immediately. The girl that worked breakfast in the morning was the nicest. Everything was PERFECT!!!! We will be back the next time we are in Amarillo.
