Clean, comfortable room, friendly staff. Easy to get in and out.

Very nice hotel. There are multiple La Quinta in Amarillo and this is the better one according to the reviews. I felt safe inside the hotel, but I think there were 1-2 people who are not guests in the parking lot using the hotel's wifi.

Room smelled … breakfast was terrible eggs … pillows are horrible

An oasis on our road trip! Loved all the extra touches, like the bathroom night light, lobby scent, and dog treat on arrival. Comfy beds and quiet room.

Only drawback was traffic from i 40. Occasionally loud vehicles. Right down from the new Buccees so convenient to pick up snacks.

Wonderful place. The only issue being awakened by the cleaning crew, they were a bit anxious to get to work.

Although the outside of the property looked clean and the condition of the hotel looked fine. I did not feel safe getting out of my car in the parking lot. There were a couple of people as I pulled in, standing on the corner and approached me. The conversation felt incredibly alarming and as a grown man, I actually was afraid to get out of my car and enter the hotel. Being that I was traveling across the country and my car was full of my belongings. I was afraid that someone would break into it in the middle of the night. Very disappointing. After a long day of driving, all I wanted was a warm shower a meal in a good sleep. I’ve stayed one other time at this property and although it was a pleasant experience, it’s right off the highway and it’s a bit loud. I decided to continue driving and find someplace else. There appeared to be no security present outside, but there were cameras.

Have to give a pass as the staff member who assisted us was new... we booked non smoke and room was smoke smelly.. moved to another and it was comfortable and clean but the tiles were broken on floor and bath needs repair/updating. It worked for the eve as we felt safe - but we wont return..

The hotel room was very clean and nice. The check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Have the say the "free breakfast" was very underwhelming. Everything was very picked over and I had to go into the kitchen several times to ask for a refill on coffee and other food items. They were completely empty and when I went into the kitchen the person who was supposed to keep them full was sitting on her chair playing with her phone. Not very good customer service.

The hotel reception area was beautiful and the rooms were clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay again if traveling through Amarillo. I think the hotel could really improve the breakfast choices. We appreciated the coffee in the morning but the hot food seemed such a low quality. We decided to for go the hotel breakfast and went across the street to Buc-ee’s for breakfast.

Super clean room and building, really enjoyed my stay. Felt like a safe area too!
