Clean room and helpful staff. I stopped by the front desk and for some fresh towels. When I got off the elevator to go back to my room, the housekeeper was right there with our towels. Very attentive

Breakfast was subpar. The only reason it didn’t get Fivestars is because they charge you $150 for a possible incident fee when they don’t even know if you’re going to have one so you have to pay for your room plus $150 upon check-in. Other than that, it was a very good hotel, very clean, staff was friendly and I would recommend it other than they could improve on that $150 fee and put a better breakfast out there for $160 a night for a room

Parking, pool, room temperature. Jacuzzi didn't work: couldn't use. Had to holler for desk staff. Room was very small. TV remote didn't work well. Quality and menu for breakfast was mediocre to poor. When busy, there wasn't enough room to sit down for breakfast.

No issues. Staff readily available when needed.
