Cortona Inn & Suites Anaheim Resort

I like the breakfast, it was a great meal. I like the location very close to Disney, and walking distance to restaurants. I didn't like that we had to pay for parking per day, in addition to already paying for the room. Also I didn’t like that the room wasn’t cleaned during the days we were there.

Staff was extremely helpful and very polite, the breakfast was good as well, it was a wonderful experience staying trying, commuting to convention center was very easy. The breakfast didn't have a lot of options to choose from.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, proximity to parks, breakfast. Will stay again.

I only wished there was more dedicated parking for the hotel and was easily accessible at the hotel. We did park underground in the garage (was told by front desk) but it is shared with the other hotel and note you will go through their elevator to get to the lobby and walk from there to Cortona.

Stayed here 2 nights and everything was great. Miriam at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again for my next Disney trip!

Breakfast has little options but other than that the staff were fairly helpful

The staff was very pleasant and I was upgraded when I requested the second floor vs the third after walking all day long at Disney. They just gave me a room on the 2nd floor no charge! I was very grateful when I opened the door and realized what they had done for me. Very clean!

Rooms were clean and beds okay. Thie staff were very nice and helpful. Prices were affordable and secure area but disappointing that I had to pay extra $30 for parking. Thank you for the late checkout. I would book again.

Everything was Great for my stay.

I stayed for 2 mornings & 2 nights. Since day one my fridge was not working, I checked in on a Friday at 4 pm. Gave the fridge time to get "cool" but by night time I noticed the drinks and food were warm. To top it off, the first fridge had an odd smell. My 8 year old ended up cleaning it with a cloth and soap to ger rid of the smell. We didn't get a working fridge until our second day there around 2-3 pm. By then my food had gone bad. I had to grab ice from the 3rd floor for over a day, mind you my room was on the first floor. The room was clean & staff was helpful but it did take up a lot of my time going back and forth trying to figure out how to keep my food and drinks fresh.

The rooms look better on the inside than the outside. The breakfast is okay. It does have sausage, egg patties and French toast strips, but no waffles. There's also cereal and toast. You have to pay for parking, but can park anywhere within the gates even underground.

Called about fridge not cooling they came immediately and swap it out for another one.

This is our third time, and we weren’t even going to Disneyland on this trip. We had actually gone to Knotts berry farm, but wanted to stay at a place we know, and love. The property had done some room upgrades since our last stay, and the moment I opened the door it was noticeable. Brand new black out curtain was amazing! Breakfast being included is always a plus, but the options are so nice. Today we had biscuits and gravy, with a sausage patty on the side. There was also cereal, fruit, bread, muffins and toast options. Fruit juice, milk, coffee, tea and hard boiled eggs available. The staff was so nice, Ana helped me and was very kind, and patient. The kiddos loved the pool/hot tub time. The location is great it’s about a mile away from the park, but directly across the street from the parking lot. My kiddos and I walked to Downtown Disney, and rode the tram back. It was perfect. We can’t wait to come back! Only one ice machine was working and it wasn’t labeled properly on the map of the hotel. Parking is $30 daily on top of the room cost, but that’s all of the hotels in the area. Other than that I can’t really complain. I really love this hotel.

Helpful staff, reasonable price and clean. Not a fan of having to pay for parking as a guest of the hotel but cheaper than most hotels.

Worst hotel we have stayed in all these years we have been going to Disney. Once we opened the room it smelled also we didn’t get no room service was done at all our trash piled up in the trash cans.

Maria the security guard can learn some manners she’s pretty rude but the rest of the staff there are awesome. Shout out to Mariela she is always so helpful when we stay here at the Cortana.

Suite was nice and big, good ac, separate rooms for bedrooms was great for noise out front. Dark out shades was perfect and slept well. One beds sheets were not clean looking so we slept in the other bed, which was a queen so it was fine. Had some random hair on the door but nothing absurd. For the price worth it, and breakfast was decent too. Would stay again
