Was a nice clean room and staff was accommodating.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Check in was very easy. Shuttle to Disney was very convenient and inexpensive.

The double tree canceled our reservation, so when we showed up at 11:30 pm for our room reservation, it was canceled and we didn’t have a room. The staff were completely unhelpful and unsympathetic.

The Staff was friendly and professional every time we had contact with them (which was every morning and every evening for warm cookies)!!

We asked for service while we were gone and it was fixed. when we checked out it was mentioned the two items and that the tub faucet was leaking also. We were given 2 cookies as we left for our issues. LOL

Everything was as advertised, except the onsite gym. There was one pelatron bike, 1 treadmill, a few weighted balls, no free weights. A small stack weight machine in a very small room.

The rooms and overall property felt quite outdated, and the service was not great. Drinking water was paid, which was strange for a hotel of this standard. To top it off, the bathtub in my room was not draining properly.

the property was really nice but when we checked in there were three people at the front desk who saw us standing there for a long time before anyone even acknowledged us

The room was generally clean but dated and a little worn. There was a distinct smell of sewage when first entering the room, which the staff stated that there was no fix for, save spraying air freshener, which was ineffective, and the hotel was at full capacity. We were woken up at 9am to hammer drilling on a Saturday morning in the room above. Common sense would be to perform this work during check out hours onwards, especially on a weekend. In response, we were refunded $30 for parking, which I felt was not measurable to the discomfort experienced

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel, restaurant, and rooms were kept clean and maintained. The pool was nice, the hot tub was down the first day, but it was fixed and running for the remainder of our stay. The restaurant provided a wonderful breakfast with a buffet option. The hotel was close to Disney, so we could walk and offered a shuttle if not. They have warm cookies every night that made our night after we played all day. I did not make it to the bar however, they had good prices and even offered mocktails thet looked fantastic. We will visit again soon.

The rooms are ok but there was a few issues, there was a ac leak so we got our socks wet, then when I opened the sofa bed to set it up the sheets were dirty and with a lot of crumbs, 3rd thing they were fixing I know 8:30 is not that early but after a disney day we
