Superb

The room was great. Too big for a single person. Close proximity to Disneyland was great. I had joined a family with young children, the hotel was perfect. Nothing. I was generally happy the parts of the hotel I used.

It was an awesome location, the staff were kind to us and the kids, and the room was large and clean. The swimming pool was pretty good too. The free breakfast was great as well and the staff there worked their butts off to keep it cleaned and supplied well. Not much bad to say really. There were a few things worn out in the room. But it was mostly good

Easy check in, clean room, great free breakfast, and it is only a 9 minute walk to Disneyland.

They gave me the room was smell like throw up in. I asked to change the room they said they don’t have any room then 10 min after they checked in people. The staff are so rude. O

The room was really small. We heard every sound during the night. Microwave had to be exchanged because it wouldn't open. Air conditioner didn't work well. Room was way too cold. Breakfast was the best part.

I loved the property, it was clean, nice, 2 blocks away from Disney. Wish they had a shuttle to from the airport.

Location was perfect. The breakfast was a great help with an early start (brekkie starts at 6:30). The room we got with the ‘extra room’ and bunk beds for the kids was perfect being able to spread our gear out a little and have seperate space for the kids and for us. Having the pool was also perfect for afternoon trips back to the hotel for a swim and cool off after a big morning and before heading back to the parks in the evening. The pool was a good size. There was a great ‘order in/room service’ option and although we missed out on it there is a late checkout option at a small fee available (clearly limited numbers - I’d try and get in early for this as we were told to do at 8am on the morning of check out but by 7:57am all availability was taken).

Staff was friendly, amenities were good. Breakfast had a lot of good choices. Room has a mini fridge but its bigger than most you see in hotels, that's a plus. Our sliding door to our balcony for both rooms, we rented 2 has no wheels. Staff and maintenance were made aware on day 1 by day 5 no resolution and also checked in again on day 2.

Clean room, conveniently located, and very easy walk to Disneyland park!

The location is convenient, about a 12–17 minute walk to the parks for an average walker. However, other nearby properties offer similar convenience with more spacious rooms. Our kids loved the bunk beds, and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the suite felt cramped for a family of four. It was difficult for two people to move around without bumping into each other or having to step aside. The property is showing its age, and the soundproofing could be better. I could hear our neighbor snoring at night, along with pipes and water running through the walls when guests in other rooms used their showers. Light sleepers should keep this in mind. Parking was crowded, and the $31 daily fee was disappointing, especially since there is no shuttle to the parks or many other amenities. On the plus side, the included breakfast was good and practical, with plenty of seating. Service was good overall, the lobby was welcoming, and the kids’ area—with Disney movies playing 24 hours a day—was a nice touch. Overall, this hotel offers family-friendly features and a convenient location, but the cramped rooms, noise, and parking fee make it worth comparing with other nearby options before booking.

Very friendly staff

Our room was very spacious and included a kitchen, living room, and full-size refrigerator, which made our stay very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good, although adding a few more options would make it even better. The check-in staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient, making the arrival process smooth and pleasant. We will definitely stay there again for our next Disneyland trip.

This was a great place for our Disney trip. Within walking distance to Disney, so it definitely makes it very convenient. Right next to a 711 and some food places including Starbucks. This hotel sits on the same block as Disney just at the end of it. We didn’t have to take our car anywhere, major plus! Breakfast at the hotel is very good and different options every day. Room was clean with daily room service. The only thing was the staff mainly the front desk was not that friendly besides the man who worked on nights and the breakfast staff were friendly. Our room was facing 711 and the street so it was very noisey at night. Other than that would come back.

Have stayed here about 4 times. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Hotel is. Ery clean. Live the short walk to the park.
