Hotel Lulu, BW Premier Collection

Perfect perfect perfect location. Walkable to downtown Disney, the parks, but also far enough that it avoids major crowds. There’s lots to do and eat around also.

Good location, easy to walk everywhere The room was right behind their air conditioning system and very noisy the entire night. Sleeping without earplugs was not possible

Everything here was good and as expected. I did run into a problem and it was completely sorted out. I was ironing a shirt using the iron from the room. The iron leaked some brown liquid on to my shirt. I took it down to the front desk and they gladly without hesitation took it, washed it, pressed it, and brought it back to my room. They also came by and swapped the iron in the room with a brand new one, so they definitely pay attention to detail and didn't just leave the iron in the room without replacing it. Beyond that, the location is great, there is a Walgreens and a CVS right on the corner of the street. It's also an easy walk to the theme parks as well as any food spots. The shower pressure was 10/10. You could shower an elephant with that kind of pressure, amazing. The only down side is although the bathroom had a vent, it did not have a fan within the vent. But the bathroom didn't take long to air out from the shower steam. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Parking was a bit pricey but it saves you from paying to park at Disneyland as well. We arrived at 8am and check in wasn’t until 3pm but we were able to park there for the day and walk to the park. They just started running a shuttle to the park which is nice for those with littles. The restaurant situation was a bit of a bust tho, not much on the menu and you had to scan a code to see it and place an order online to deliver to your room or the pool.

Room was clean and staff was extremely helpful and professional.

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The pool was clean and nice. We didn’t try the food service maybe next time. They did offer a free shuttle to the park that’s a plus.

Parking was easy. Hotel was easy to find an easy walk distance to Disneyland. Check in time was prompt at 4pm (was there early and early check in was not available) but not the fault of the hotel. Room was clean. Did not use any breakfast or room service. Simple stay and good staff willing to help.

Kyle worked the desk at night when I checked in. He was so nice and professional. My family was a priority with a top room. Very clean and close to Disney. Amazing experience. Staying here next time I’m in town.

Nothing special. Carpets looked dirty in the room, there wasn't an ice bucket, so I had to go get one at the front desk. The light was out in the shower, but no big deal, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful though... it is close to Disneyland, close enough that you can walk into the parks if you prefer. It wasn't so bad that I wouldn't stay there again if needed.

Such a short walk to Disneyland! Friendly staff and super easy check in. Pool was lovely, rooms were spacious and incredible water pressure in the shower.

Great location with a free shuttle if you didn't want to walk to the parks. Friendly staff, although ordering food was a little confusing from the resort.
