There wasn’t any chair out side to lounge by the pool. The towels were too small for my 7 year old daughter (like really really small). I did read about bed bugs awhile ago so I checked and there was a lot of dust bunnies all around the bed. As well I had to get the bedding changed cause there was some gross stain marks, and the bedding that was replaced had chocolate or blood stains, we didn’t bother asking again, but it was a little annoying. Other than that, staff were nice and it’s pretty close.

There were a lot of ants in the room. Switched rooms, ants again.

Customer service was exceptional. The room was comfortable and they were able to accommodate a room change on the spot when I requested due to a need to stay on the lower floor. Very easy parking lot and super close to Downtown Disney, the Garden Walk, and The Anaheim Convention Center.

Comfy beds. Spacious room. A/C worked great. Wonderful staff. Very clean room. Would most definitely stay here again!

This is a good stay for those looking for a place close to Disney. The hotel room was smaller and more cramped than expected but it was still clean and very usable. They also had both a mini-fridge and microwave which isn’t as common in bigger hotels. Wasn’t psyched abt there not being single person beds to lay out on in the pool area. They only have a couple of couches that seemed not as cleanly so I didn’t use those. But overall a good place just to simply have a place close to Disney. And the staff was very attentive if we needed anything. Would recommend if you’re not looking for a ritzy stay near Disney but still clean and with attentive staff.

Check-in was fast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is great. Fast to get the Disneyland by foot. The only complaint I had was the floors of the room were very dirty. We removed our shoes at the door and walked barefoot around the room our foots became very dirty. It seemed like the floor was not mopped. The shower stalls were crusted with white soap residue.

Walkable to disneyland. Everything was great at this hotel, but do expect a lot of noise close to midnight when everyone gets back from disney. Kids and adults yelling and laughing. If you are on a bottom floor, lots of kids running back and forth on the top floors.

Love going back every time. Great staff! See you again in 2 weeks!!

I enjoyed my time at Eden Roc Inn & Suites. It is a budget-friendly hotel that is clean, updated, and incredibly close to Disney parks. It's a 10-minute walk to Downtown Disney and a 20-minute walk to the park entrance. The hotel featured comfortable mattresses and plush pillows, a hairdryer, shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, coffee pods with a coffee maker, and a room safe. The parking lot was well lit, and the area felt safe. I wish there were a breakfast option or a canteen of some sort to buy snacks. I think the hotel was good value, and I'd recommend it!
