Amazing location! So much fun. Cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in in a long time!! Just magical for kids!!
-
Hotel is nice and convenient. The creators club is a nice option. It would be nice if you had the option to use the other Resort pools.
-
Elevators tripped us up a bit because you pick a floor to go to before the elevator gets there. No buttons on the inside.
-
it was a good stay and would look forward to staying again

First time staying on property and loved the easy access to the parks! The coffee shop was perfect for morning cold brews before heading out. Staff was always helpful and attentive to our requests. Rooms were clean and spacious for 4 adults. We loved all the Pixar decor…made the stay even better!
-
Hotel lobby and reception was clean and well maintained. The outdoor pool was closed due to refurbishment so that was a bummer, but they were letting hotel guests use the Disney hotel pool. The room was cool and spacious for the whole family. I would stay here again!
-
Pixar place was amazing. Staff was very helpful and hospitable. We were bummed that the pool at Pixar Place was being reimagined, but was glad we got to use the other pool. The shuttle for the pool was also very helpful. All in all a great stay.
-
I love this hotel, it’s so great for small kids. We didn’t go to the parks but spent 3 nights just having a resort stay and it was a great time. We sprung for the club level with a premium view and it was well worth the price.

Staff was amazing and rooms were nice and clean.
-
Excellent location, walking distance to the theme park. Clean but did not offer complimentary water in the room which I find weird when paying over USD 500 daily rate.
-
best staff ever
-
Clean Room, Helpful Staff, Elevator problem, kids area needs improvement no games available outside of pool
-
Friendly staff, clean rooms will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.
-
Little far but short walking distance

It was good experience.

The rooms were clean and the staff were great. But we had our day planned out since we had a short stay and the pool closed while we were in it and didn’t give an ETA of when it would reope which was really inconvenient. We also had a room with a fridge that didn’t work, they changed it out as soon as I called but I still had my things in there for over two hours even milk. My kids loved all the details they had throughout the hotel of all the characters.

Hotel was excellent!
-
Other than the location, it's overpriced for a hotel. Many other very nice hotels around Disney for a fraction of what Pixar Hotel charges. I will not stay there again.
-
It was wonderful!
