Dirty room, empty kitchen doesn't have anything for cook or prepared a simple eggs , smell like Marijuana the hall way

The price was fine for the timeframe that we went. The location was OK. The room did not have the kitchen you utensils nor dishes It said that it was supposed to have. And it smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Lacking bed sheets for 3 people. Heat did not work.

Staff were very friendly, but the hotel was very rundown and looked and felt unclean

I walked to McDonalds twice and each time felt like I was going to get mugged. A large number of homeless people were camped out in the parking lot with numerous broken-down vehicles surrounding the area. I didn't know Anchorage had such a rough neighborhood. I ordered pizza and had it delivered the last day. The airport shuttle was convenient, and the staff was friendly enough, but this was one of the craziest-dirtest hotels I've ever set foot in. It really should be shut down.

The airport shuttle service could do with some improvements too, as the person on the phone gave wrong instructions on where to wait for the shuttle and it took 40 mins for the shuttle to pick us up.

Unfinished renovation. Partly repainted. Toilet seat not matching the size of the toilet.

Hotel price may be cheap but they do not disclose that they require a $200 deposit.

Air conditioning did not work in room assigned but we were moved to another room. Lady at front desk was very helpful. However there is a man that works the front desk that is extremely unfriendly. Will not speak to you when you enter or leave the hotel and when our toilet clogged he told us he did not know what a toilet plunger was and we would just have to use the restrooms in the hall for the night until maintenance came in the next morning.

Dirty, poorly kept. No elevator. Slept in my clothes on top of comforter due to the filth. Will not use them again
