Great place to stay in Anchorage, breakfast is the bomb!

The breakfast was very good made by our host, gluten free for us! She was very friendly and engaging! The property was beautiful! Our room was very nice,well appointed. We had access to a complete kitchen! Wonderful place to stay!

Friendly staff. Very out dated rooms and hallways! Could use a face lift..

My room had a filthy pillow on the bed, the bed and sheets looked lumpy, and the window would not close. It looked Iike a budget hotel.

Just stayed one night but it was comfortable and clean.

The hotel had an excellent bus schedule to town, the train and the airport. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Our room needed some loving care. But, on the whole was good.

Breakfast was ok, buffet style, food ok, paid cash. Water vending machine on 3rd floor was broke, no ice in ice machine. Had to go to 4th floor to get ice and water. Main elevators were both down , staff took us to 3rd floor in the freight elevator. Dinner second night was excellent, paid cash. Hotel charged my card $56, don't know why.

Great staff. Walls were unfortunately quite thin and I could hear the neighbors all night. Room was also very hot and the AC Unit may a horrible noise so i couldn’t utilize that.

Additionally, the neighborhood is very questionable! A lot of sketchy people hanging out and wandering around. On the plus side, there is a dispensary across the street so maybe you can ignore all of the shortcomings but there are a lot better choices out there.

I was really hoping we could watch the float planes from our room, we could not. Maybe there are some rooms you can but they are limited. There was also not lobby space that you could just watch them. Those 2 things made the stay less enjoyable. The proximity to the airport made it nice for our early morning flight.

Breakfast was $28 for what the chain hotels provide for free. Nothing else was available . Hall floors were old and dirty. Rooms were fine.

Wonderful atmosphere for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Great food, great all our guest services for all needs.
