The room and the staff more than met my needs and expectations. The bathroom, tub, were shower well appointed. The bed was super comfy, and had extra pillow. I was very satisfied.

Very friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean room, and well-designed shared spaces. The room had a large TV. I just wish it was less expensive, but everything is expensive now.

Super perfect for a low cost, clean and safe place to rest your head for the night. Felt very at home and welcomed by the stellar staff.

Staff were friendly. Coffee was good. It was a little noisy at night, but once I fell asleep it quieted down and I had a great nights sleep.

I was on a budget solo trip to Alaska for 8 days. I stayed her the first night in Ancorage and the last night since it was near the airport. It's basic accomodations and a place to sleep. The shared baths were fine. I never had to wait to shower either time. There is a kitchen and gathering are near the I lobby. It has a hostel feel but with private rooms. Both stays I had a twin bed. The staff was very friendly and they offer free cofee. I felt it was clean and secure for an older building.

This property is so cute, the rooms are perfect. Staff is beyond amazing, super helpful, caring and go up and beyond to make sure you're stay is the best. I absolutely love Jenn, she has a heart of gold. I highly recommend you stay here, pricing is fair and affordable.

The host who greeted me was very kind and personable! There was no hot water when I took my shower and the bed linens and comforter were not clean- there were hairs and stains on them. The walls were thin and I could hear other guests while trying to sleep and heard the toilet every time they flushed in the unit above. The door frame was damaged and made it hard to lock the door.

Jen is an amazing manager! The staff are so cool and so friendly. We had a great time there and it was a great location as well. We will be coming back to stay again hopefully sometime soon

Just don’t… seems like they attempted to turn into a boutique hotel and gave up halfway before falling on harder times. WiFi didn’t work, tv didn’t work, and there was a strange bar/check-in desk on one side of the room (yes, in room). Check in lady was outside, saw me pull in, went into office, and when I walked to office the doors were locked with message to call. Start to call and another guest let me in — I stand in lobby seeing another message to call. Do so when from around a corner someone yells “want to check-in??”. Ah, no, just standing around for the hell of it. She asks for ID and laughs, says she thought my name was made up when she saw the reservation (first time I've experienced that, it’s not an unusual name). Insisted on walking me to room, where she complained that people aren’t nice enough to the disabled. Bed was on a cheap metal frame shoved against a wall with no headboard. Topper is it’s not the nicest neighborhood, people hunkered together huffing directly across the street. So, yeah, not the best experience.
