Overall, we were satisfied with the breakfast, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider staying here again if I return to Anchorage.

Hotel and free breakfast was great!

Everything was smooth, check in, shuttle and everything. The elevator smelled like chemicals, but it was quiet and peaceful

The room was very comfortable and the staff was top notch! Coffee and water were readily available and noticable. The lights were a bit of a new thing, placing the card inside the door to make them work. I was not aware that was a thing, but the cleaning staff alerted me as to how to use it. We would definitely stay there again on our travels to and from Alaska.

Breakfast was fine and served hot. Maintenance needs to be consistent and timely as the building is older.

The rating that you show for this hotel is much higher than I would rate it. The room was not clean, was not locked when we checked in, and the furniture was worn.

Location near airport Location was next to a sketch residential area and had that view from window!

Very nice staff and accommodating

The mattress was very comfortable, we had a choice of thin or fat pillows which is not often the case, and our the room on the 3rd floor was very quiet. Good shuttle service to the airport.

This hotel was perfect for my one night stay before departure at ANC

Location is close to Anchorage airport with courtesy shuttle transfers to and from the airport. Room was clean and comfortable, perfect for an overnight stay. Also, decent dining options within walking distance. Room (including the private bathroom) was a little small given that we had two large suitcases to open.

Clean room- on the smaller side but hey you’re in Alaska! Front spend your time in a hotel room! Nice black out shades and great welcoming staff. Area around seemed good - no issues with homeless or traffic noise. Had a great stay.

The hotel and room were very clean. Great staff and delicious breakfast. The only dislike was the sliding bathroom door. Would definitely recommend and would stay again

The room and bathroom was very clean and the staff was pleasant. The sink faucet in the bathroom was very loose and needed fixing.

The breakfast was delicious. Enjoyed all the little touches…..fresh lemon water and coffee in the lobby every day and hot cookies in the afternoon !
