The rooms were a nice size, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was also a nice size and had more than enough towels. The breakfast was pretty good, and they had a wide variety. I did not like that the pool and hot tub were not available, something that should have been mentioned when booking.

This hotel is fine if you are paying bargain basement rates. However, Expedia charged me $260/night. The photos were misleading. The hotel is completely rundown. The room had no heat or air-conditioning. When I asked to have it looked at it took hours for maintenance to arrive after 9:30 PM when we were already sleeping. One major reason I chose the hotel was because it had a hot tub. My son is an athlete and we were looking forward to returning to the hotel after his match for a soak, but the pool and hot tub were closed. Since I purchased through Expedia, I couldn’t get any kind of refund. If you’re visiting your child at the Academy, keep looking for a different place to stay. This one is not worth the amount that they charge!

the hotel was closed for renovations and we had to find another hotel for our stay, no thanks to Expedia! , and if you charged my credit card for the stay, I expect a refund and an apology for your lack of knowledge of the situation at the hotel.

NOTHING The hotel was closed indefinitely when we arrived (apparently plumbing problems), so we had to scramble to find another hotel instead. I SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED FOR THIS BOOKING BECAUSE WE NEVER GOT TO STAY THERE. PLEASE CONFIRM THAT I WILL NOT BE CHARGED.

The hotel was closed. I still have not received a refund. That the hotel was closed since August 20 due to a sprinkiler mishap and no one told us.
