Front desk and Bar staff were on point!

Lovely lobby and very clean and comfortable rooms. Nothing. However, Would have preferred two queens instead of two double beds.

It was fine overall. They gave us two small beds. I'd have preferred 1 big bed.

Pool was green and hot tub was empty. Our room's toilet seat was loose. And the first night there was no parking (we had to park in a bank parking lot) because they were hosting an event.

When we arrived it was nothing as advertised.. The ride in the elevator was like a burning smell through a slow ride up to the 6th floor … and back again after we had our bathing suits on … The gym and the pool connecting were like a horror movie … we stood there in awe … I thought there should have been one or 2 trailers in the area type of look … the pool looked green either from lights or the water .. the view outside was hidden with not cleaned glass … and the gym well that was just there and no we did not use that either non of it … the jacuzzi had cones and tarp around it like a crime scene Dissatisfaction and disappointment… 593 for 2 days not worth it .. I tried to speak to the person on duty and that did nothing or even care what I was saying .. just handed me a card to Don White general manager… who on this day has not even responded to my emails to him or his staff We gym every day but we don’t have a pool and that’s why we went with this hotel thanks

The rooms were excellent. Nice, clean, and comfortable. Bathrooms were spotless. The fact that I had to request a complimentary microwave 3 times is unacceptable. I requested a day prior to check- in. I the requested it at check in and my 3rd request was prior to eating dinner. I waited 4 hours. Not good.
