We were greeted immediately by a Car Valet/ Bell Hop. Room felt small.

We were out of the room All day and they could have cleaned it anytime ! Don’t drink at hotel bar !!! Expensive. Restaurant across street at Carpaccio restaurant bar. Drink was $5 cheaper AND $9 cheaper at happy hour. Breakfast was great in hotel and staff was more than nice.

Mieldred at front desk is world class. She should lead this chain. The Chef is not customer friendly and his food sucks. Manager tried her level best but she compromises with some staff there who are screwing it. You should investigate and improve. The valley parking staff are not bad.

This is a fabulous resort! Very clean, great location and the staff is great!

Was an excellent property to visit. The charm and elegance was amazing The toilet in room 448 ran throughout the night. The a/c was on a motion sensor which made it difficult to keep regulated like a home system. During sleep and no movement the inconsistencies occurred.

Just near where we’re supposed to go Phone not working in our room, no view to see except building and stones and the first room I was assigned, the view is cemetery, who wants to see that when you want a break from usual things?

Clean and good location for the football game. Appreciated the shuttle and love how welcoming they were to all the dogs. Made us wish we brought ours along Expensive. I also needed 1 extra towel and the desk doesnt have any. That was annoying
