Good

The stay was nice the food was mediocre the parking was in a garage that wasn’t connected to the hotel, so as a woman going in there at night was pretty scary. The staff was really nice. The food, only tried the lite meal and I ordered wings. Asked for lemon pepper got salty salty. The potatoes were just all wrong. My brother was very upset about his food. Next morning I tried the breakfast. Asked for cheese eggs got no cheese but they gave me a lot of eggs and the bacon was crispy. My brother is still complaining about not having any cheese lmbo and we aren’t even in Atlanta anymore. Overall I would stay again if parking was a little safer. Other than the food and parking it’s a really nice hotel.

Very clean, well kept. The staff is outstanding., the breakfast is on point, and the shuttle driver/service to & from Truist Park is well worth the small fee.

really nice stay, good location, good views from room. strong air conditioning, large tv. no continental breakfast unfortunately but really clean and good value overall.

Staff and hotel were really nice. Clean hotel. Only thing I didn’t like was the room didn’t have a microwave.

The location was walking distance to everything I needed. The bed was perfect and comfortable. That i was charged $12 a day to park at the hotel i'm staying at and i didn't like the bar hours it didn't open until 5p and it closes at 10p ‍♀️.

No fault of the hotel. All blame goes to Expedia. This hotel is listed as having continental breakfast and it didn’t. Not a huge deal but do better Expedia!!

I can rarely stay somewhere in true comfort (im a clean freak) but EVEN felt nearly like home

Marcia was fantastic!!! Handle my check in smoothly. I have traveled alot and she was hands down the best staff member that I have encountered!! After a long concert, waiting on the elevator just to have a fight come off of one of the 2 elevators. There was nudity during said fight. I booked this hotel to avoid this possibility in Atlanta. Night staff was not quick to handle the situation either.

I didn’t like the check in process. Arrived at 2:30, couldn’t check in till 4. The parking is at a bank next door on the 5 th and 6 th floor

Everything was super clean staff was very nice and helpful. I did not like how there is no parking on the property and was not informed until check in time. The water pressure in our shower was really low and the water didn’t stay hot or warm very long ..
