Great staff outstanding customer service

The hotel and accommodation was good They over charged me twice and the last one was four days after checking out they are taking there time getting the refund back to me we're i had to fight the charges thru my bank and didn't even offer any compensation for the stress they caused from taking my rent money so it's up to you if you want to take a chance on having your account drained and buyer beware

The friendly staff and the warm welcoming and the atmosphere of the entire place was inviting. The place was clean and well lighted and ample parking. The bed I slept on could use a new mattress, but I was able to rest and enjoy the stay so no true complaints. It is definitely a nice place to stay and if I needed to be that way again, I would book another stay there.

Convenient to Truist Park. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. The parking and the shuttle service is very convenient.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The front desk staff were very polite and kind.

4 day in the hotel and never cleaned my room

We enjoyed the location. It was within walking distance of truist park and the room was very comfy and clean. The breakfast was not good.

Great Stay

I loved this property! The customer service was EXCELLENT. I had no problems with my room. The hotel is very clean, the workout room is huge, nice pool table area and pool. The BREAKFAST IS A ALL YOU CAN EAT BUFFET. It was more than what I was expecting. It's worth the price. It's also in a quiet and safe are. There is a shuttle to take you to the baseball games! The laundry was cheap , I had to wash a load of clothes amd they offer laundry detergent at the front desk.

We had a nice overnight stay when in Atlanta for a Braves game. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and shuttle to the stadium was a life/marriage saver! Next time we go to a game, we will definitely stay here again.

Close to Truist Park. Continental bkft was best I've ever had. Several options, fresh and hot choices. Carpet needs replacing/updating. Couches are well used, needed cleaning. You could tell they are pet friendly, had a wet dog smell at times. Only 2 wash cloths was all we had, kinda disappointed they didn't provide at least 4 to start with. GPS does not give good directions to the Hotel. They also need a big sign pointing up the hill from the main hwy. This would have prevented going past the road and having to take a detour back around.

I typically stay at this hotel whenever i visit the area. Parking is sufficient, staff is friendly and the hotel itself is clean. I like the fact that it has a gym on the premises. Breakfast has your typical options so that’s good. Overall i am satisfied with my stay.

The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. All of the staff was nice and friendly from the font desk, housekeeping and anyone I encountered in passing. The interior and exterior of the property was clean and well maintained. The area was convenient to shopping, dining and the highway. I have stayed at this property multiple times and will definitely stay here again.

We booked two 2 bedroom suites 4 months prior to our stay and paid in advance. When we arrived they told us our rooms weren’t available because they over booked for that day. We spent 30 minutes waiting for them to find us 2 rooms with only one room and bed and pull out couches. The staff was courteous and helpful but disorganized and did not offer to refund us. I would not stay here again. We will book elsewhere when going to Atlanta for Braves games.
