Holiday Inn Express Atlanta Airport - College Park by IHG

Mold on the ceiling hair in the beds, on the floor. Television connection would frequently disconnect

Was a great stay

Arrived to Atlanta late in evening from outside the country. Just a overnight stay until flying home early the next morning. Chose this location due to close proximity (1 1/2 miles) to airport, and the fact they had 24/7 airport shuttle. Was expecting shuttle from Holiday Inn to pick up at airport. No, you board a shuttle that takes you several miles away on the highway to a large lot where to have to find your specific shuttle. As there was 3 Holiday Inns listed, weren't sure which shuttle to get on. Once on correct shuttle, we were taken back to near where we started to begin with. Checked in and went to room. After checking rom for extra pillow and water, went back lobby where you have to buy water. Asked for extra pillow, nobody from housekeeping is there so no extra pillow. Next morning the airport shuttle driver arrives with empty shuttle but stops and says he will be back in 10 minutes. Wait for him to come back and take us to airport. Website needs to state the shuttle is not direct from airport to hotel. Extra pillows/blankets need to be available in the room or at front desk. Only positive was the bed was comfortable.

Lots of things need updating here. It was fine for a few hours of rest before an early flight, but not much more. Place needs a major overhaul. Not only is much of the building out of date, but so much of it, including the room, hasn't been cleaned properly for a long while. Couple that with our sink handle incredibly loose and no stopper (God forbid we would have dropped a ring down it) and our toilet barely working (had to hold the handle down to get anything to barely go down), and we were glad we were only here a few hours. I will say the bed was comfortable and the price was reasonable, but that's about it. I remember when Holiday Inn Express was a nice brand. Seems not so anymore.

Good Hotel

This is a solid hotel for a quick stay near the airport. The rooms and common areas are clean. Breakfast was a good standard breakfast. I was happy to see turkey products.

El aire acondicionado no tenía botones para apagar o regular y hacía un ruido terrible, se solicitó en más de una oportunidad que lo apagaran pero nadie atendió la solicitud

I didn't like check in I tried to tell him that I prepaid already and he wouldn't listen to me and charged me again on my credit card

Parking is not the greatest, but overall nice rooms

Breakfast was nice. The staff was okay.

Thankfully there’s a shuttle and breakfast came in handy. Convenient location and made my one night trip seamlessly

Very efficient and pleasant checkin, helpful staff. Very comfortable overnight stay
