To me, customer service is everything. If the staff does not "deliver", it doesn't matter how beautiful the venue, or how comfortable the room - it is the attentiveness of the hotel staff that makes the difference. I have stayed at finer hotels over the course of 6 days - passing thru ATL last minute I stayed overnight at the Radisson - the hospitality of Ehcel or Dinzela made my stay great.

Very disappointing experience with Westgate. I made my reservation almost two months in advance, so I expected my room to be properly reserved and available when I arrived. Instead, I arrived late at night and discovered that the room assigned to me was already occupied by someone else. This was especially frustrating because I had an important Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competition early the next morning and needed to get some rest. Instead, I had to remove all of my belongings and move to another room in the middle of the night. What made the situation even worse was the issue with the security deposits. I ended up having to pay two separate security deposits for rooms during the same stay, which I found extremely inconvenient and unnecessary. I also did not feel that there was enough consideration from the hotel staff for the inconvenience they had caused me. The room they moved me to was more expensive, but considering that the original room I reserved was unavailable because of an issue on the hotel’s side, I believe the hotel should have simply accommodated me without creating additional complications or charges. After making a reservation nearly two months in advance, I expected a much more organized check-in process and better customer service. Unfortunately, instead of arriving, checking in, and getting a good night’s sleep before my competition, I had to deal with moving my belongings, room changes, and multiple security deposits. Okay, clean hotel close to airport with a decent bar and food. Friendly staff put on the game for me and gave good food recommendations.

Very close to the airport and very clean and spacious! It has free shuttle but it took forever to pick up so we ended up using another service.

Definitely would book a room again

Room was clean, staff was nice. Only complaint was no coffee was offered in Lobby, other than that everything was good.
