Renaissance Concourse Atlanta Airport Hotel

Just a normal hotel room. Expected more. Rip-off of $30 to get to and from the hotel by taxi.

The stay was great. Kids enjoyed watching the planes take off and land!

We spent my husband's Birthday weekend there, he was like a kid again watching the planes take off and land.

I did not like the poor cleanliness of the hotel. I had to constantly ask for my room to be cleaned, especially my bathroom. I thought that Marriott had a standard of cleanliness.

I had a good stay, just didn’t like that my sink was clogged up it took forever for the water to drain and that was a headache trying to get ready and waiting for the water to go down. The remote gave issues maybe the batteries were dying. Didn’t like that you had to pay for parking but other than that I enjoyed my stay

The front desk reception staff are extremely kind and professional. Check in, check out and any questions you have are answered with warm efficiency. One of the best reception desks at an airport hotel. Two things. One the restaurant service and food was not good at all. Think it was a bad day as have had better experiences before at this hotel, but the waiting staff seemed to be on holiday and the food order took close to 45 minutes to come out. I was about to leave as had been traveling for over 48 hours and just wanted something simple and fast...and then the food came out -- cold and overcooked as if the server had forgotten about it. Also don't like that there is no shuttle to and from the international terminal. I know this is not a fault of the hotel but because there is no shuttle bus from the international terminal, you either have to travel on a shuttle bus from international terminal to the domestic terminal, wait some more and catch the shuttle bus to the hotel. This took me about one hour. An absolute waste of time considering this is supposed to be a convenience airport hotel. If you choose to use a taxi, the taxi drivers ask you to get an uber because the ride is too short. If you are from overseas and don't have an uber account, this makes things challenging. This is a huge drawback on this hotel.

Hotel overall clean and well maintained. Outdoor balconies in need of a refresh.

Shuttle service was on time, driver very friendly. Check in was fast, staff friendly. Room was large and very clean. We did not use any amenities other than shuttle service. We would stay here again if in the Atlanta area

Onsite restaurant was convenient. Clean and comfortable with a very friendly staff.

From checking in to checking out was effortless. The room was very clean and smell great. No complaints overall was wonderful.

The view was beautiful. Absolutely loved everything about this place. The only complaint is I wish I could turn the balcony light off

There were stains on the carpet in our room. There was limited electrical outlets and "NO" USB and "C" charging stations in the room.
