A/C was making very loud noises. They had to move me to a different room. But the A/C was even louder.

Pros: Complimentary coffee in AM, felt safe, breakfast (not complementary) was good, rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Check in procedure was painless and quick.

No fridge which was inconvenient and no ice bucket provided. But the staff was amazing! Bed super comfortable. Shower did take most my shower to get hot, but was a steady warm ish. Clean room. I did not explore the hotel outside of the room itself so with that being said my rating is “good”.

I booked a king room and when I arrived they were out of king rooms so I was placed in a double. The ice machine on my floor did not work. The hotel feels old and dingy. The warm cookies were the highlight.

Staff Hot water issues

**The room was a good size, but the TV was outdated. It only had regular channels and did not offer any updated or modern options such as streaming services. Also, there was no phone in the room, which could be a problem in case of an emergency.** **The sound insulation was very poor; you could literally hear what was happening in the room next door. The room itself felt a bit old, and the bathroom had some issues as well. The bathtub stopper was not working properly, and one of the biggest inconveniences was that there was no hot water in the shower.** **I understand that this hotel is located in Austin, but I still think it is unreasonable to charge for parking when the parking lot is outdoors and not covered. Overall, it is a good hotel, but it feels somewhat outdated and could definitely use some improvements and updates.**

The location! It was close to where I needed to be and it was right off the expressway! They didn’t have hot water and didn’t offer something to make up for it. Also it got really hot and then really cold.

The AC was broken in the first room. The staff did not hesitate to move us to rooms, but honestly, it was not working in the second room either. As I noticed the heat rising to an unbearable level again, the compressor kicked on, and the AC worked the rest of the time. The next day, there was only occasional hot water, and that remained the rest of the stay. They did not provide hand soap in the rooms, and there were no hand towels either. You had to basically ask for everything. This was a 1-star experience with a 4-star price. I would not recommend it to anyone. I will say the front desk staff were very nice and did what they could, but they are not plumbers or AC techs, so I mean, they could only do so much. Also, you have to pay $9 per night for parking in their lot. I mean, what a rip-off.

My hotel experience had a lot of issues. Things from, loud humming in the wall that woke me up in the middle of night, had to switch rooms, no hot water one night and door lock/key issues. Like I said the staff was super friendly, apologetic, and accommodating, but to know so many staff members by name on a 3 night stay, is not the best experience. I will not be staying there for my next business trip.

This hotel stated it was a 4 ⭐️ felt more like a 2⭐️. The location of the hotel sucked not easy In-N-Out access. Had to pay the park. no me the hotel entry was small and tight. The AC unit made loud noises the entire stay. I was told this was normal

Staff gave me early checkin because room was available. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Salad from restaurant was mediocre. Pool was out of service during stay. Hotel was very quiet overall.

I will never stay at that location again.
