Great Customer Service Our room wasn't cold enough, although we lower the temp to 67° and our room didn't get cold.

Amazing Breakfast! Love it.

Good location The staff is rude, additional fees for parking, the rooms are disgustingly dirty and smell like mold. The whole hotel needs to be updated, the decor is outdated. Did I mention it was dirty?? The carpets were gross, I’m glad I brought extra socks to walk on the carpet with and then discard. And then , the bathrooms were gross and smelled like old urine.

Nice Breakfast Very dated everything, The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. Felt like a cheap hotel with a nice breakfast. Ended the stay early and switched hotels. Old carpet, old paint, old everything.

Good stay - breakfast was super!!!! Front desk staff were very polite. Hotel was clean.

The property overall looked good but once in our room 417 and getting ready to go to bed., I looked down and saw dried spots of blood on the top of the bed skirt. That was pretty horrible. The room looked pretty worn. Probably won't return to this Embassy Suite Stonelake Austin. Total renovation of rooms would help.

Not enough staff for the overcrowded breakfast area and the food did not taste well. Eggs tasted dusty. The rest was okish, but Hilton should review if they really want to have their name associated to this property.

Beautiful arboretum. We enjoyed the indoor pool, although it was very cold. We also really enjoyed the made-to-order breakfast. Best omelet I've ever had! Also, the suite was super spacious; had plenty of room to set up a crib, etc. Didn't care for the $17 per night for parking. Seems like parking should be included as this property is not anywhere near downtown or near any other areas in which parking is not free.

It’s a beautiful place, but a lot of the rooms are quite dusty. Our soap dispenser fell off the wall while My Daughter was taking a shower and her head her foot. The food dining area for breakfast with the meat to order. Breakfast did not have enough tables and the food was not that great to be honest. however, that being said the staff was amazing.

Affordable, clean, roomy and convenient.

Didn’t like having to pay $17.00 to park in an open lot. Cheap!
