Hotel is a bit older. Rooms are great. One gripe I had was the elevator. Made some strange noises

Friendly helpful front desk.

I stayed here for a race. It's at the end of the "bat bridge." The staff was really helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel is on the older side and it shows a bit. It was a nice location and worth what I paid for it. However, I did feel like there was a bait and switch moment. They asked if I was parking at the hotel without telling me that the parking was going to cost a ton of money. I was able to find cheaper parking on an app, but with my car only in the hotel parking lot for an hour, I still paid for 24hours. Be warned that the parking is very expensive if you use their garage. They should disclose this when you check in and they ask you if you are parking with them.

The carpet was freyed a d the sheets not clean

Location Our bathroom was dirty, mainly the shower. Had to wait to long for room service to bring us pillows and sheets that we’re missing for the sofa sleeper.

Room was large and very clean. The breakfast was just okay. The snacks for the happy hour were cheap and poorly displayed. Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff and offered free parking due to broken elevator in parking garage. Good breakfast bar with lots of options

Many renovations that were not communicated on the website before booking or even after the booking. For a weekend stay, it was fine. If i had booked this venue for business purposes, I would have been embarrassed of the lobby, bar area and parking.

Nothing apart from location Very unclear signs for parking on arrival. Elevators from the parking lot to the hotel weren’t working. Musty smelling rooms, all very yellow and brown, curtains obviously had not been cleaned in a long time and grimy from being pulled open and closed. No running water in the building with no definite solution after a day of sightseeing and needing a shower before dinner reservations.

Disappointing

I love how spacious the rooms are and the covered parking. They also offer complementary breakfast which is nice with an omelette station. Walking distance to local restaurants/bars.

The main problem was the shower water was only hot in my room, #211: Too hot to shower at all. I had to go to the swimming pool to take a shower both mornings. The staff was not helpful in solving the problem. In addition, the parking garage elevator was out of order, requiring climbing stairs to the third level.

Parking elevators haven’t worked for over 6 months. Don’t know if I should stay here again

Relaxed and good staff. Nice breakfast Can have some maintenance and looks little aged.

Staff did address issues immediately Broken thermostat and lamp, Luke warm shower. Water was turned off without notice so the toilets wouldn't flush. Elevators were broken and you had to park on the 3rd floor or higher in the garage.

Enjoyable

Staff is friendly, room was clean, breakfast is very good
