The room was exceptionally clean. The staff were fabulous and helped us with EVERYTHING we needed and asked for. My bellman actually walked my dog!

IDC about a local football game which is why the parking garage was full. If a guest paid for parking they should be able to park when they return to the hotel versus being told the parking garage is full/at capacity and provide no resolution to park your vehicle. This happened at 1am. I left the hotel drove 3 hrs and drove back to my home.

We liked the staff, very helpful and personable (Bruce-concierge, Maria-housekeeping, Nathany, Mike and Miro-corner restaurant). The food was very good, with one exception; otherwise it would've been exceptional. We had our 46th anniversary dinner at Dean's. Our server was mostly absent during our visit except to take our order and bring the check.; never refreshed our water or delivered on our request for more bread. The food came late and it was cold. We didn't complain because we wanted nothing to ruin our evening. Everyone is entitled to have a bad day, to bad it was while taking care of us.

Wonderful! Well appointed and maintained property located in walking distance to everything Austin has to offer.

What I didn't like was the extra $25 destination fee and the $69 to park your vehicle. Neither of these were a part of the room fee nor explained clearly.

Conveniently located. Hotel had many choices for food and drink. Staff very helpful.

We were here for a business trip. The hotel was nice & accommodating. The staff always went above and beyond to make sure we felt well taken care of.
