must have been off. Amenties were all nice but the third floor hallway was no ac the entire time and was not pleasant.

Excellent location. Seems like a new, modern hotel. Great wi-fi. Clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Bed sheet is old ，the table was dirty and I can hear weird sounds at night during my sleep

Breakfast included. Clean, spacious rooms. I did have some issues connecting to the WiFi.

Room smelled like dog pee. The chair was chewed up by a dog. The hotel gym was so hot , the AC was broken. Rooms feel dirty and sticky and humid. I wouldn’t come back at all. Breakfast I wouldn’t even call breakfast.

I liked that the staff greeted you the second you walked into the doors. All staff on both shifts that I staff was really friendly and nice. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was hot. The bed was comfy. The only thing that I did not like about this hotel was that the shower!!! It was like you were standing under a sprinkler no water pressure at all. It was terrible. I could not believe that a brand new hotel would have this kind of shower, and all I wanted was a piping hot shower. I was so letdown.

Location I love animals and I understand that the hotel is pet friendly but it absolutely smells like wild unkempt animals there. One of the rooms I had definitely smelled like urine. The desk area also was unlceaned and had paw prints on it.

It was clean and modern I intentionally planned the stay based on washer and dryer but the dryers were out of order

AC sound bothers me to fall and keep asleep at night. Running AC sounds like continous thick base humming noise banging on head.

close to alot of places we visited They gave us a room that wasn’t properly cleaned. There were crumbs everywhere and dust on the table so it’s clear they didn’t vacuum or wipe anything down. Asked the staff to have house keeping stop by and he said “ they will try because it’s time for them to go home “ Breakfast they only have like 3 options to choose from. Waffles, egg and sausage the rest is toast and cereal. Honestly they could do better, I’ve been to other la Quinta locations and has better experiences. They don’t run AC in the hallways or elevators, everywhere was hot and humid except our room.

The room that I stayed in, smelled like it had been mopped with urine water even after spraying my body spray it still smell smelled like urine.

When we arrived and was assigned room 311 the door would not open tried several times. Went downstairs was assigned room 325. When we went in the air conditioner was froze up as someone had set it on 44 it was 77 in the room. The room had a very foul odor (probably due to no air circulation).Go downstairs again, (t he girl at the desk was extremely nice each time and apologetic). She assigned us room 225 on a different floor walked in, still had a little bit of an odor, but not bad. Went to check for the hairdryer,there was no hairdryer, but again the front desk girl was apologetic and even when we left this morning, she continued to apologize. Overall not a bad experience.
