Residence Inn by Marriott Austin Airport

From General Manager to Chamber maids. The hotel is everything it’s presented to be. Comfy bed. Definitely will stay here again when we go to Austin, Tx. The shuttle was a great convenience. Thank you for making our trip that much better! Robert, Madie, Mr. King, Italics, Erica and the other staff members are just terrific!

The room was fine but I found out that they do not clean or replace the towels in your room except for every other day. I was told if I wanted these services I would of had to request them in advance. When did hotels such as the Residence Inn start cleaning rooms every other day? They charge a little to much money to not have these services on the regular.

The best hotel in Austin that I have stayed at yet that is pet friendly. There’s plenty of ground to walk your dog or let him play in a big yard in the back. The staff is always very helpful and very nice. I always come back to this hotel

Staff was hands on and very hospitable. Clean room and hot shower.

We got a nice big King bed suite for 3 person. The sofa bed was a good one. The room was clean. Kitchen was maintained. Will choose this hotel again.
