We left a few clothing items in our closet but when the called the hotel the same day to ask if someone could check with house keeping, the hotel staff was very rude to me and said no she wouldn’t check with house keeping but that I had to fill out a form that she emailed to me before anyone could check , I found that to be rude and inefficient , but she was no ifs and but ! So I did but a day later still no response , no more visits for me at the thompson

Great location and several restaurants nearby.

Property is a true four star hotel. Service is not great- a crib was requested prior to check-in and we did not get one at all for our stay. In addition, room service took a long time. Front desk and concierge was nice. The hotel is well situated downtown.

Passable

The hotel has a terrible smell upon entrance. Some may be ok with that, however this is a luxury hotel. It should have a luxury ambience. The other part is that the Tommie hotel also connects to it, so you should just book there for half the co. It’s literally the same lobby, bars, pool, etc. You can really just stay there for half the cost, the Thomas was not worth the money overall a 3 star experience
