Disappointed the pool was closed indefinitely

I was charged 69.00 per day for parking although the booking included free parking.

A shame the pool wasn’t available. Would like more milk and tea bags to be replenished in room. Apart from that I’m happy!

We were in the area for a family wedding and could not have picked a better place. Loved the location and amenities. We would love to return next time in Austin!

However the staff was truly a blessing and very professional! Breakfast was Top of the scale!! Great!

Everything started out great! Later in the day when we were relaxing in our room, we heard a dog barking. We waited to see how long it would continue. For the next several hours until we left for dinner the dog continued to bark. It was in the room next to us. We called and let the front desk know several times, and they assured us that they would take care of it. We left for dinner and we were gone for a couple of hours. When we returned the dog was still barking. We spoke to the staff at the front desk again several times, and it's stopped around 9:00 p.m. We were certain that the dog barking would not continue that next day, we were gone for several hours and when we returned, it was still happening. We left for the rest of the day so we weren't certain if they checked out or not. They did offer us Bonvoy points which was nice, but it did not make up for the hours of incessant barking in my opinion. They offered us a new room, which we felt was sn inconvenience since we had already unpacked and we didn't feel that we should be the ones that shoukd move. Other than that, the staff was nice the breakfast was wonderful. We just felt they could have done more with the situation, It really did damper part of our stay there.

the hotel is pretty nice and in a good location. So many good things to do near by. Valet are awesome!! Front desk staff are super helpful and friendly.

In General the staff was great, specially guys at valet parking, hotel was clean, breakfast was great, river is at walking distance, the only thing I noticed was that restroom in my room smelled as if hadn’t been cleaned correctly, apart from that it was a great place to stay in Austin downtown

I got there at 10 pm with a confirmed and pre-paid reservation and I was told that, "we are oversold and have no rooms available". In 30 plus years of travel, I have never ever encountered something like this.

Was first time and I really enjoyed the stay. All clean and organized.

Very convenient spot in Austin. Close to everything. 6th St. The river paths and Congress St. Stag. We’re great and had no issues.

Staff was amazing and location was perfect. Only downfall was the pool has been closed for sometime and was not made aware until I went to the pool.
